A sale changes the responsibility
Once a client agrees to a service, the work is no longer just an exercise in generating a convincing demonstration. You need to deliver what was actually agreed and explain what remains manual or uncertain.
The AI Agency Engine advertises a learning sequence involving offers and demonstrations. This editorial checklist addresses the delivery questions that follow; it is not a claim that the program includes every process listed below.
The main review keeps the learning promise separate from an automatically operated agency.
Agree the boundary in writing
Define the deliverable in ordinary language. State the information the client supplies, the access required, what you will produce and what is excluded.
Specify who approves the output and what counts as acceptance. Agree how revisions or new requirements are handled before a small pilot expands into unrelated work.
| Delivery area | Minimum question to resolve |
|---|---|
| Scope | What exactly is being delivered? |
| Data | What information may be used, and for which purpose? |
| Access | Which systems may be accessed or changed? |
| Quality | Who verifies the output and against what standard? |
| Costs | Who pays for accounts, usage and optional tools? |
| Support | Who handles issues after handover? |
This is a planning framework, not a contract template or a promise of legal compliance.
Review facts and behavior
Check names, source dates, calculations, links and business-specific claims. If the work includes an action rather than a document, confirm that the action is permitted and behaves as intended in an appropriate test setting.
Do not present a model’s confident response as verification. Record the checks you actually performed and keep unresolved items visible to the person approving the work.
The client-demo guide helps establish the initial assumptions. Delivery should revisit those assumptions rather than silently carry them forward as facts.
Make account ownership clear
A client should know which accounts they own, which you operate and what happens if the working relationship ends. Share access through an appropriate controlled process rather than treating passwords as ordinary project notes.
Explain any connected model billing. A free Murage download does not establish unlimited free client usage, and a class purchase does not automatically transfer every optional resource to a customer.
Existing agencies can incorporate these checks into their current processes. The agency-fit guide concentrates on that integration.
Prepare a usable handover
A handover should explain what was delivered, what information it relies on, how to use it, what needs review and whom to contact about problems. Include the status of any test material or incomplete connection.
Avoid a vague “fully automated” label if a person still needs to review output, supply information or approve actions. Those responsibilities are part of the service, not an embarrassing exception to hide.
Keep the version accepted by the client and the changes subsequently agreed. A good-looking demonstration should not be the only record of the project.
Measure the project you actually delivered
If you evaluate a service afterward, use real costs, review time, revisions and the client’s agreed criteria. Do not turn a one-off anecdote into a universal revenue or efficiency claim.
Our results guide distinguishes learning outputs, demonstrations and commercial outcomes. No independent delivery benchmark or verified client result has been supplied for this publication.
The official preview is the source for the training’s advertised focus. The seller terms expressly state that the software does not run a business or sell for you; client responsibility remains with the person offering the service.
